McMaster Innovation Park
McMaster Innovation Park (MIP) offers state-of-the-art office and laboratory space to accelerate your business. Hamilton Technology Center
The Hamilton Technology Centre (HTC) is a private flexible facility that offers defined office space and community opportunities for businesses to connect with one another to learn new skills and network. HTC is located at the vertex of Ontario’s major high system and a short drive from two International airports and nearby institutions of higher education. HTC offers all-inclusive suites, large common area, free parking, meeting rooms, and special events.
CoMotion on King
CoMotion is one of Hamilton’s largest, homegrown coworking spaces and communities located in a century building in the downtown core. Featuring affordable plans for offices, desks, common spaces and drop-ins as well as meeting rooms, event spaces and a rooftop patio. CoWork – The Cotton Factory
CoWork at the Cotton Factory is nestled amongst Hamilton’s most vibrant creative industries complex and community. The Cotton Factory is comprised of 6 building and was the former site of the Imperial Cotton Co. Seedworks Urban Offices
The Seedworks Urban Offices is the original coworking space in downtown Hamilton, housed in a converted seed warehouse. It was founded as a community building initiative seeding revival in the downtown core. A beautiful heritage open plan space with exposed brick and beams, it’s big and bright with modern designer interiors. Enjoy spacious private desks, private offices and well-equipped meeting rooms.
Regus is the world’s largest provider of flexible workplaces with a range of products and services including equipped offices and meeting rooms. The Hamilton centre is in a 16-storey, class-A building in the heart of the downtown.
