| Baffin celebrates Canadian seasonality through their partnerships which have included the band Arkells, the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, and just recently the CFL and Grey Cup which announced Baffin as their official boot. The Stoney Creek based outfitters which launched in 1979 has developed innovative technologies for extreme weather including their “Inner Boot System” enabling Baffin boots to perform in -70°C. The company relies on real life testing for product development. Baffin founder, Paul Hubner, wore his boots to the North and South Poles, and for other expeditions such as a trek to Machu Pichu and cycling tours around the Great Lakes to test gear in extreme environmental conditions for warmth and quality.
