Hamilton’s BIPOC Entrepreneurship Study on Good Morning Hamilton

Michael Marini speaks with Rick Zamperin on the need for more voices to contribute to a BIPOC entrepreneurship study in Hamilton.

More than 90% of Hamilton’s businesses are small to medium enterprises and almost every one of those businesses began with a single entrepreneurial vision. Now, a McMaster University research study is seeking to understand that entrepreneurial experience for Hamilton residents who identify as Black, Indigenous, or as a Person of Colour.

Michael Marini spoke with Rick Zamperin on Good Morning Hamilton about how BIPOC Hamiltonians can participate in this study, and how supporting entrepreneurship is an essential component of Hamilton’s overall economic recovery from COVID-19.
