Hamilton has a new suite hotel! 125 Suite Hotel announces its doors are opening; welcoming guests to Hamilton and the surrounding region.

TownePlace Suites by Marriott Hamilton are proud to officially announce they’ve opened their doors on Tuesday, November 17th. This new 125-suite hotel is built for travelers looking for comfort and a friendly location where they can settle in, meet, maintain routine and easily connect to Hamilton and the surrounding area. Located at 1195 Upper James Street and highly visible from the Lincoln Alexander Parkway, this all-suite hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise. General Manager Satish Palasseri and Director of Sales Julie Sutton-Yardley will lead the management team at the property.

The hotel is a joint venture between Sigma Group, Kothari Group and Sahar Hospitality. “Since the start of this project in 2019, we have been anticipating and are thrilled to open our doors and a tremendous step during these unprecedented times,” says Anupam Kothari, President of Kothari Group. “We’re excited to bring the TownePlace Suites by Marriott to Hamilton. With the support of the City of Hamilton, our business partners, suppliers and Marriott International, we’re incredibly proud and excited to be part of the tremendous growth in the city of Hamilton,” explains Andy Jasuja, Chairman of Sigma Group.
