Speaker Bio:
Katelin Hay, Wilkinson and Company – Katelin has been practicing in the Human Resources field for over six years specializing in recruitment, talent development, policy development, organization development, and employee relations. She has worked in a variety of industries including higher education, manufacturing, and health care. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from St. Lawrence College.
Katelin is a member of the Quinte and District Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) chapter and completed her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation in February 2022.
Originally from Prince Edward County, Katelin returned to Quinte West in 2020 to begin her next chapter in life.

Elizabeth Nicholas, CHRP, CHRL, CCDP, Career Specialist, Trenton Military Family Resource Centre – Elizabeth Nicholas, Career Specialist, is the host of Your Employment Detective, a podcast for Military and Veteran Spouses seeking to solve their career mysteries. She is also an Employment and Education Coordinator at the Trenton Military Family Resource Centre where she enjoys creating and offering award-winning employment and entrepreneurial training to Canadian Military and Veteran families worldwide.
Always thrilled to offer sessions, resources and tools to help those in need reach for and discover their true potential, with a background in marketing, she holds designations as a Certified Human Resource Professional, Certified Human Resource Leader, Certified PLAR Practitioner, and as a Certified Career Development Practitioner. She actively volunteers with the HRPA (Human Resources Professionals Association) Quinte Chapter as well as on the board of CAPLA (Canadian Association for Prior Learning Assessment). Always game to bring her skills and talents to create fun, interactive and valuable training opportunities to others, she views every exchange as an investment for all involved.
