Session 1 – Core Values: Investing in Alignment

We’ve all been there: feeling lost, discouraged, overwhelmed, inadequate, or just stuck. Sometimes my inner heckler questions: “What makes me so special?” and returns regularly when making some of the most important decisions in my career and life.

To answer that question, we need to understand our values. “Values” is another way of saying “the things that I believe are most important to me.” They ultimately shape your priorities and will help make decision-making easier.

Alignment is key here – without it, things will never feel quite right, and that makes committing to goals and consistently achieving your dreams impossible. By taking time to reflect on and acknowledge your core values – the ones that remain unwavering over time – you’ll be able to align your decisions and actions with those beliefs and feel more clear and confident in everything you do.
