Many of us feel overwhelmed at times, often because we are spread too thin, which keeps us from enjoying life to the fullest. We often have many competing priorities that leave us feeling drained and exhausted.

This session is about focusing on your niche – that area where you can channel your energy for maximum return on investment. More importantly, you will learn to identify the many things that add to the noise and drain your internal resources. You will figure out what you can say no to through re-prioritizing in order to say yes to the things that bring you the most positive energy and ignite your inner fire while building resilience.
