Speaker Bio:
Iman Grewal is a passionate mental health advocate, serial entrepreneur, and SOCH Mental Health board member. She works as a full-time Educator and Entrepreneurship Coach for the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), is a facilitator for Rise and holds a Peer Support Certification. Iman is also a fourth-generation certified Yoga and Meditation Practitioner with her own wellness platform, YogaVedaIman.
Iman’s commitment to frontline work earned her a nomination as one of six Mental Health Heroes chosen from a nationwide search featured in Reader’s Digest’s Heroes of Mental Health. In 2022, the CMHA recognized Iman’s impact with the ‘We Are More Award.’ Currently, she is nominated for the Women’s Empowerment Award, presented by Rogers, for her dedication to diversity, equality and inclusion.
