Speaker Bio:

Kyle Monczak is the Executive Director at Business in the Streets (BITS), a Toronto not-for-profit organization providing youth facing barriers with access to top-tier business training, peer mentorship, micro-financing, and ongoing business support. Throughout his 10 years with the organization, he’s supported hundreds of entrepreneurs with access to training, mentorship, funding and community.

BITS was created to help young people from disadvantaged, marginalized and underserved communities access quality entrepreneurial programs, mentorship, and networking opportunities. Our programs and events are specially designed for young people who are ready to embark on an entrepreneurial journey and are interested in pursuing their own economic opportunities.
