Additional studies, such as Designated Substances and Hazardous Materials (DSHM) Surveys, may also be considered under this Program, in certain instances, to investigate other forms of potential environmental impacts or which further facilitate the potential redevelopment/reuse of eligible sites.

a. $20,000 for the first study; and
b. A combined maximum of $35,000 for two studies.

a. $40,000 for the first study; and
b. A combined maximum of $70,000 for two studies.
