The Barton/Kenilworth Revitalization Grant Program is designed to support property development and enhance the maintenance, functionality, viability, accessibility, and visual appeal of existing commercial, mixed-use, multi-residential, and institutional buildings within the Barton Street East and Kenilworth Avenue North commercial corridors, as identified in the Barton and Kenilworth Commercial Corridors Study.
Eligibility
Applies to the Barton Village Commercial District, the Barton Street East and Kenilworth Avenue North Strategic Commercial Corridors, and properties within the Downtown Hamilton Commercial District along Barton Street East between James Street North and Victoria Avenue North.
Amount
Offers cost-sharing grants for eligible projects, with a maximum grant amount of $75,000. For details, please refer to the full program description.
