The Downtown Workspaces Revitalization and Attraction Grant Program provides a grant to facilitate eligible leasehold improvements to office spaces by property owners or authorized tenants along with improvements to shared tenant spaces. The program aims to support the creation of new office spaces and enhance the marketability and attractiveness of existing and new office spaces.
Eligibility
Applies to the Central Business District of the Downtown Hamilton Commercial District Community Improvement Project Area.
Amount
Grant up to $250,000 for office space improvements or a grant up to $100,000 for shared tenant space improvements. For more details, please refer to the full program description.
