UPS expanded its Hamilton footprint by breaking ground on a new 315,000-square-foot warehouse at Red Hill Business Park.
The $65 million investment is expected to add 100 jobs, with the potential for more in the future.
“The area is now home to a growing flock of internationally renowned companies, including Navistar and Continental Tire,” writes Kevin Werner for The Hamilton Spectator.
According to UPS, “the Glover Road location was selected after careful consideration because of its location to the area’s 400 series of highways, and Hamilton International Airport, where in 1998 it opened its 47,800-square-foot UPS International Air Gateway.”
