What are the advantages and disadvantages of this business structure, and when does it make sense to start here?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Partnerships<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>How and when can a partnership arise, sometimes without the parties even realizing it? What are some of the advantages and disadvantages that flow from this structure?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Incorporation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Much of the presentation will focus on the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of a corporation, including ownership, continuity, limited liability, tax planning, and employee stock options.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How do contributions at the start-up stage affect the division of equity among key stakeholders?
