the&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/en\/services\/benefits\/ei\/cerb-application.html\" target=\"_blank\">Canadian Emergency Response Benefit<\/a>&nbsp;(CERB), and
