Liz is a consultant and international speaker with more than 25 years of experience and passion in health and safety. Specializing in workplace mental health\, Liz helps clients to achieve their goals with minimal risk of physical and psychological harm. She became personally familiar with the challenges of working as an entrepreneur when running her own business. \n\n\n\nIn 2016\, Liz was honoured for her part in helping to evolve workplace mental health in Canada as CSA Group Project Manager\, where she led the development of the National Standard of Canada for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace\, the first of its kind in the world. In her current role as Manager\, Workplace Mental Health\, with the Mental Health Commission of Canada\, Liz is dedicated to improving the quality of life of Canadian workers and their families by supporting organizations with building psychologically healthy\, safe\, and productive workplaces where people can flourish. \n\n\n\nTiana Field-Ridley is the Senior Program Manager of Workplace Mental Health at the Mental Health Commission of Canada. Tiana is an enthusiastic mental health advocate with a passion for turning systems knowledge into real-world change. She is currently working as a program manager at the Mental Health Commission of Canada\, where she supports employers in building workplace mental health strategies that align with the National Standard of Canada on Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace. \n\n\n\nHer former experience includes six years serving on the Alberta Mental Health Review Panel where she gained extensive experience with in both mental health and judicial systems. She was also previously self-employed as an independent Mental Health First Aid instructor and conflict management consultant with a focus on community development.

In his current role\, Michael champions industry-wide initiatives\, such as developing export opportunities for Ontario food processors located in the Toronto region\, creating labour force training for this sector\, incubation\, and commercialization of new products\, and assisting food processors of all sizes in Toronto to grow their operations. \n\n\n\nMichael has participated on the Greater Toronto Agricultural Action Committee\, Ontario Culinary Tourism Steering Committee\, the Toronto Enviro-food Working Group\, the City of Toronto Food Strategy Steering Committee\, the Board of the Toronto Food Business Incubator and later Food Starter\, the Advisory Committee for the Toronto Local Food Procurement Policy\, and served as an advisor for the Golden Horseshoe Food and Farming Action Committee. He is a graduate of both York University and George Brown College.
