The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) in conjunction with the Hamilton Business Centre will be hosting multiple free interactive information sessions for small and medium-sized businesses on the Canada Emergency Wage Subsidy (CEWS), the Canadian Emergency Response Benefit (CERB), and other commonly covered topics related to the CRA.
1-hour CRA info session:
One-hour sessions will be held from 9 am – 10 am and will deal specifically with COVID-19 measures such as the CERB and CEWS.

2-hour CRA info session:
Two-hour sessions will be held from 10 am – 12 pm and deal not only with COVID-19 related measures but also cover common topics related to the CRA such as:
- Common tax errors, what causes them and how to avoid them
- Financial benchmarks
- Information on CRA’s services
- General bookkeeping concepts and best practices
- Discussion on CERB, CEWS
